You'll find all of this under Settings → Locations (manager-only).
Add your location
- Go to Settings and open Locations.
- Create a location (or edit the one you have) and fill in the name, address and phone.
- Leave it marked active and click Save changes.
Set your opening hours
- On the same location, go to Opening hours.
- For each day of the week, set when you open and close, or mark the day closed.
- Click Save hours.
These hours decide the time slots customers see when booking online, and your team's schedule.
Good to know
- If a day looks unbookable online, check that day's opening hours (and any holiday or closure) first.
- Want to copy these hours onto your groomers' schedules in one go? Use Apply to staff once your hours and team are set up.
