Your booking page is the public page where customers book online. You control how it looks, what it shows, and when it goes live.
There's a guided "design your booking page" wizard for first-time setup, and the same options live in Settings → Booking page any time after.
What you can set
- Details — a headline, an "about" blurb, your website link, and which sections to show (services, gallery, testimonials).
- Logo & photos — upload your logo and gallery images (PNG/JPG/WebP, up to 5 MB each).
- Amenities & payment methods — tick the features and accepted payments that show on the page.
- Accepted species — choose which pets can book online (e.g. dogs only).
- Testimonials — add and reorder customer reviews to display.
Publish it
When you're happy, turn the publish toggle on. While it's off, visitors see a "not available" message instead of the page.
Good to know
- Your services menu on the page comes straight from your active services — no separate setup. Add or edit them under Services.
- The page uses your business hours and groomers' availability to offer times, so make sure those are set.
- Each pet species you accept needs at least one breed in your catalog for that species, or customers can't complete a booking for it.
