Invite someone to the team

Add groomers and office staff so they can sign in, and make groomers bookable so customers can choose them.

Send an invitation

  1. Go to Team → Invitations and click New invitation (or Invite).
  2. Enter the person's email.
  3. Choose their role:
    • Admin — can change settings, services, team, and billing.
    • Member — day-to-day use (clients, pets, appointments) without the account-level settings.
  4. Send. They'll get an email link to join (see Accept a team invitation).

Manage invitations

In Team → Invitations you can copy an invite link or revoke a pending one that hasn't been accepted.

Make someone bookable

Being a *groomer customers can book* is separate from their role. Set a teammate as bookable (a groomer) in Team → Staff, then set their working hours so they appear with availability online.

Good to know

  • Role vs. bookable: an admin isn't automatically a bookable groomer, and a groomer doesn't need to be an admin. Set them independently.
  • Each invitation is tied to the email it was sent to and can be accepted once.
  • You can enable/disable groomers or remove members later from Team → Staff.
