Welcome! This is the short path from a new account to taking bookings online. When you first sign up, a setup guide walks you through the essentials — and you can revisit or fine-tune any of it later in Settings.
The setup checklist
- Business settings — your currency, timezone, language, and weight unit.
- Add a location & hours — your address and the days/times you're open. This drives your booking availability.
- Create your services — what you offer, with prices and durations.
- Invite your team — add groomers and set when they work.
- Set up your booking page — your public page where customers book online, then publish it.
- Automated messages — confirmations and reminders that cut no-shows.
- Take deposits with Stripe — optional: charge a deposit at booking, paid straight to your bank.
Good to know
- You can do these in any order, and skip what you don't need yet.
- Most of these settings are manager-only — owners and admins can change them; members (groomers) generally can't.
- You're "live" once you have services and a published booking page.
